Any product(s) you purchase from our store normally takes 04-06 business days to dispatch and delivery time depends on your location.

All orders are flat shipping cost.
Working with USPS,FedEx, DHL, and Skynet Worldwide after dispatch your order deliver in 3 to 4 business days. We will inform you by email when your package leaves our warehouse.
Refund & Returns:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Taxes & Duties:
Buyer destination country Custom Duties or Taxes or any other charges will be paid by Buyer and it is Buyer’s Responsibility, It’s not our responsibility.
EU customers enjoy the perk of cancelling a purchase under the CPD (consumer protection distance selling) regulations. Cancellation is only acceptable if the product hasn’t been dispatched. If the delivery is already underway, a cancellation request would be rejected.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact@leatherglaze.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you have registered with us, you can view and track your orders under ‘My account’.
We’ll also send you a package tracking link in the shipping confirmation. So you’ll be able to track your package at all times. It can take up to 24 hours before this link is activated.
We try our best to deliver the best product that mirrors exactly what you see on your monitor.
We recommend that you read the size chart and order the size according to the same chart provided to prevent any mishap. We try our best to display the product in its true colors and style devoid of any artificial effects. However, there can be a slight difference in color due to room light, monitor screen, and so on.
Before dispatch the order we will send you the images of product via email and then if you agreed so we will send your product otherwise it won’t be send. If the item you received is damaged or ripped or any size issue from our side so you will return or exchange but Make sure that product is in the same condition as it was delivered and all the packing is intact. Include boxes as well when you are sending the product back; otherwise, it won’t be accepted.
